  If there were more stars to give, I would gladly give them. Brian Beland is not only an outstanding and knowledgeable mortgage lender, he is very adept at customer service. Based on my experience with Brian and applying for two mortgages with him, here is a list of what you can expect when working with him.
  
  1. He will help you find the best loan for your situation. He will take the time, however long it needs, to talk and work with you. You will walk away feeling like an expert in your choices.
  2. Communication is excellent. He is very responsive via phone, email, and text.
  3. He genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible.
  4. He will work hard at getting your loan together as quick as possible, which in both of our applications, happened to be much quicker than expected.
  5. He has assembled a top-notch team that shares in his vision of providing the best of the best in customer service. Each of his underwriters communicate quickly, professionally, and with clarity.
  6. He will check in with you annually to make sure the mortgage you have is working the best for your current situation.
  7. You will walk away feeling good about the choices you make with regards to the products you go with.

  Our house purchase had a very tight timeline even before we met Brian. We had a 25 day closing with a pre-approval in place. However, as we started to work through the mortgage process, the rate that the lender was offering was significantly higher than we expected. So, a week in, we started to examine alternatives. We met Brian in this process, and from the very start he was open and willing to share information and various loan products. Brian helped examine different loan types (jumbo/physician's) to find the right one for us. We were able to provide all the documents electronically and complete the entire process to funding within 3 weeks!! As difficult as a mortgage process can be, he and his team worked diligently to make our timeline and made it appear simple. We thoroughly recommend working with Brian.
