  John arrived on time and went over every detail of the work he was going to do. He was very detail oriented and explained how his cleaning system worked and the differences and similarities with other systems. He thoroughly vacumed the house first and then used his cleaning tools to clean all of the designated carpets. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The price was very fair, and I would not hesitate to use Heavens Best again and recommend them to others.
