  Folsom family sports is the worst medical facility I have seen besides the free clinic. Their receptionists have no concern towards people and their families besides a paycheck. The registration process was a nightmare since the people at the office are too lazy to help you register, they make you register online and feed all of your personal information into a computer. I called to make a simple appointment to get a referral to a urologist for treatment of cancer that is eating my body alive, and all I get is answering machines asking me to leave a message to return my calls, and my calls don't get returned. If you had cancer, you would want some sort of compassion or at least decency to return calls. WARNING... IF YOUR MONEY HOLDS ANY VALUE TO YOU, MAKE SURE YOU ARE GIVING IT TO SOMEBODY THAT WORKS FOR IT. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

  I love Dr. Matossian.. I love her staff.. and the only complaint I had ever had with this office was the phone call pick up and phone call return time.. this seems to have been cleared up, so I have absolutely nothing to complain about. This office is WONDERFUL! I have never felt so cared for and about by a physician!
